One-language site but ranking in other languages

Greetings!

Here's the situation - I work for a quite small European company that is expanding into several other countries. For SEO goals we currently produce blogs in English as we don't have enough resources to translate each article in several other languages. What I wish to know is if it would be bad practice to attach some keywords in those other languages just to rank for them.

Or if anyone has any other advice on how to achieve what we're looking for, I'd be glad to hear you out, as I'm just looking for the best and correct solution.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
