Adding a Banner ad

My website gets close to 400 users per day according to google analytics, and another website contacted me, asking me if I want to put a banner about my website in their website and in return I put a link to their website on my website. Their website gets millions of views per month (53 million).

If I want to do this, what exactly should I ask them? As I have never done anything like that before..

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
