Hi Guys, so with Google no longer reporting the number of calls businesses receive, what are you pivoting to to show your value to local clients?
Obviously increases in traffic but that doesn't necessarily turn into increased revenue for local businesses. And even if it does, it's hard to quantify unless they tell you about it.
Same can be said about calls, but it's a more easily understood metric, and heck the moment their phones start ringing off the hook they are praising your work.
Are any of you setting up call-tracking software or just pivoting to something else?
