Many people do not know about n-grams. See how easy this is.

The real problem is this:

You do not know how to use them in an article, and you also do not know if you used them correctly.

In one line:

Read your article and ask:

If I delete the title,

can someone still understand the topic?

If yes → your n-grams are strong. If no → your content is weak.

When you speak, you do not speak one word at a time. You speak in blocks of words.

These word blocks are called n-grams.

For example:

Simple meaning

1-gram = one word → brain

2-gram = two words together → brain health

3-gram = three words together → brain health care

4-gram = four words together → brain health care clinic

So why is this important for writing an article?

Google does not read your article like a human. Google reads patterns.

When Google sees the same word groups used naturally, it understands:

Your topic is clear

Your page is focused

You are not guessing

You know the subject

This builds trust.

Easy example (wrong vs right)

❌ Wrong writing (no n-grams)

Brain is important. Health matters. Doctors help people.

This is weak. There is no clear topic.

✅ Right writing (with n-grams)

Your brain health affects your daily life. A brain health clinic checks memory, focus, and thinking. Brain health care helps you stay sharp as you age.

Do you see the pattern?

brain health

brain health clinic

brain health care

These are connected n-grams.

Now the question is: how do you use this?

Pick one main topic Example: brain health

Find 5–10 natural word groups

brain health care

brain health clinic

brain health test

brain health doctor

Repeat them naturally

Do not force

Do not stuff

Use them only where they fit

Keep the meaning the same

Every line should support the same idea. This helps your article stay in one macro context.

If your article jumps into many different contexts, Google will not understand what the article is about.

I will share a doc file in the comments. It will show, with examples, how to plan n-grams before writing an article.
