I found something HUGE in the last few months what should I do?

I was digging around the web (as usual) and found out a a really significant SEO phenomenon that could easily spark a Google update if revealed... Especially since this update involves a multi-million dollar company. I think this may be of significant interest and benefit to the community, but I am unaware of how to share.. What do you suggest? A detailed blog post? a 1hour video I was thinking of a text post here but the fact that you cannot embed/include images won't do it any justice. submitted by /u/opb12R [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/3foNI2G

How to get backlinks indexed?

Hi guys, I know a big part of off-site SEO is backlink building. I'm having troubles with getting pages where I get backlinks indexed. I know that Google will eventually pick up on the pages, but Is there a quick/easy way to get a page indexed by Google (if I don't actually own the page, so Google Search Console is not an option for me)? thanks! Did your SERP ever dropped after blocking bots from SEO analysis company such as SemRuch or Ahrefs?

One of my site was being heavily crawled by bots from companies such as SemRuch, Majestic, Ahrefs and I am not a big fan of paying the hosting bills without getting something in return. The trade of with Google is perhaps not so fair but at least they give back something so I blocked the analytical bots making sure Google was white listed. Now after a couple of months or so I am experiencing a drop in SERP and visitors (not necessarily sells). I am wondering if SemRuch data is used by Google as a signal or if there is any other reasons such as increase of competition due to lockdown and remote work shaking the web. Thank you for sharing your experience. submitted by /u/rafasashi [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/2P6fVAB

Beginner Help

Hey everyone. To start off, I’d like to give a little background. Recently I’ve started a marketing intern position at a company with a very niche client base. I’m currently running a small Google AdWords campaign for a specific page on my company’s website that displays information on an upcoming product. I’ve been having trouble coming up with keywords and ads on AdWords as the ones I currently have aren’t gaining any traction. As someone who has not had any experience in marketing or SEO (I’m a communications major), what could I do to improve my Google AdWords knowledge and help boost my audience/clicks/etc? Any help or pointers are appreciated! submitted by /u/itsjustfarkas [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/3wa67WX
