Should I delete a page with low CTR?

One page on my website doesn't rank well and has a very low CTR. For the main search term it has 10,000 impressions and 68 clicks. Should I delete this page? SEM Rush & WhatsMySerp both say my site is on the front page of google. I cant find it anywhere though

Both SEM Rush and Whatsmyserp list my site as position 1 or 2 in google search. But when I ( in incognito mode) search.......my website is no where to be found. I have tried multiple computers, and asked friends and family and they cant see me either. Core Web Vitals: WebPageTest & PageSpeed Insights say web vitals are good, but CRUX says there are issues. How can I find out?

So I have a few URLs for which PageSpeed Insights (Lab data) and WebPageTest (Field data) says web vitals are good. But in GSC, the Core Web Vitals report shows that CLS and FID should be improved (CRUX data). Rank for a keyword without it being on your website??

I thought this might be a fun discussion. How can a website rank for a term without having that term on their website? For example, a website called strictlybriks sells building bricks and base plates (compatible with Lego blocks) and does not mention the phrase 'lego base plates' anywhere on their website. However, they're ranking as position 8 for 'lego base plates'! How is this possible or achieved? I'm guessing that their ranking for 'baseplates' is really good and it just happens to rank for 'lego baseplates'.
