One website, two properties (domains)

I wasn't sure how to frame that title so let me explain; Due to error on my part, I have ended up with, a www.xyz.com , version of my website, and one that's just xyz.com. Now I'm tracking my traffic differently on GSC and GA. I'm not sure how to feel about this. Is there anyone with a similar situation? Should I just go on like usual or are there things I need to start doing differently? Kindly advise. submitted by /u/Blessed_Dude_101010 [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/87Z2MRA

Spam clicks

I have a website that is getting spammed with clicks on adwords costing money along with just direct clicks killing the time on site. I’ve tried blocking those IP ranges on the website as well as blocking the locations on AdWords. It doesn’t seem like they are really producing results or preventing them. Any other advice or ideas? submitted by /u/Macentar [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/YzOapiA

Will my sites SEO compete with the same language other countries domain version?

I have a .nl and a .be version of the site and it's in the same language (Dutch) compare this to a United States and Canadian version where it's the same site with a different domain. I have some blogs in the original Dutch site and copied them to the Belgium version. Will they compere or does Google understand that it's from the same owner and that it's for a different country? Really curious if someone knows submitted by /u/up2date2 [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/XbRIzq6

Backlinks: same industry, different geography

I’m doing SEO for a dental practice in Switzerland. Would it make sense to exchange links with other practitioners in different countries? We’re unlikely to be in competition for the same keywords as our business reach is regional but the contextual relevancy would be identical. Is that a thing? submitted by /u/hellokwant [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/7HGRPFm
