Hacked WP site

Hi all,

I'm sure many of us saw hacked WP websites with viagra and all other shit when the Googlebot sees the hacked page with texts about viagra (can be checked by looking on a cached page) while real people see normal pages. But can somebody explain to me what's the purpose of such hacks when there are NO backlinks on a hacked page pointing to a website where the viagra is sold?

I don't want to use same tactics of course, I'm just worrying that I can miss smth while checking the website for shitty hacks and it can result in another problem.

Would like to hear your opinion.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs.
