Do free images affect my article ranking on the search engine?

I have read one article where the author mentioned if we are using free images which are brought from the free websites it will affect article ranking on top of the search engine. He suggested using unique images are more effective to rank on the search engine. So what do you suggest is it really affect my ranking by using the free images which are already used?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
