Can someone explain ranked keywords to me...

I feel like an idiot. I have vidiq and getting 5/5 on ranked keywords is like impossible. I sat there for 30 minutes trying all different types of keywords to try and get a number ranking on even one of them.... i eventually gave up... and now when i look at the tags an hour later cause i was going to try again i see i got two ranking keywords one for #6 and #12

Why did those not show up before, but showed up an hour later? Kind of really confused by all this and i apologize for the silly question.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us? OR is there a better way to rank in a territory for a service.
