Outdated Website

Is there a way to have Google re-index a website so that my customer's information no longer appears on Google searches pertaining to said website?

More context: I am working with a dentist who has moved practices. We've built his new website and are working on SEO. So far everything is going according to plan with keywords and other basic SEO stuff, but his old practice is holding us up with SEO performance. We've made sure their developers have scrubbed the site clean of his information, so this seems to be an issue with site indexing, unless I'm missing something here? Hope to gather some thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.

Copying articles from Google Docs To Wordpress - Bottleneck

My writer sends me content in Google docs and images separately. Uploading them to Wordpress is a pain because I have to download everything individually and upload them one by one. A simple copy paste works for the most part but the main issue is - I want to give my images SEO friendly file names and copying them from docs names then 'image 1' , 'image 2', and so on in Wordpress. Does anyone have a solution for this?
