H1 / H2 best practices question

Hey guys quick question.

I'm working on a site that includes a slider as the showcase. 3 slides, each include a heading of course.

I'm wondering what the best practices are - if the slides include an H2 each, then to place a single H1 below the showcase at the beginning of the content? That seems weird because normally the H1 would be first on the page?

How do you guys normally handle this type of scenario from an on-page perspective?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs.
