How much should I charge this client?

I got hired by this client a week ago. They found me through social media a year ago & told me they were opening a restaurant. I didn't do work for them then, but now I am managing their GMB (Google My Business) profile. Last week they had 35 GMB views in total and a week after my SEO they have over 7,500. Leads have increased from 0-50 & I'm charging $100/month.

They want to redesign their website & do SEO for it. How much should I charge for website SEO, GMB, and social media?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
