Going to mozcon but not a mozcon user

Has anyone here been to mozcon who's not a moz user? It's one of the only SEO-focused conferences I can find, but I don't use moz, so I don't know if it will still be helpful. Are all of the sessions focused on how to follow the speaker's advice in the context of moz's features?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
