Site not in direct brand search results

Hello,

To not talk about abstracts this is about: movlie DOT org

When I search for "movlie" on desktop I don't see the site at all in the search results. At the same time the search console tells me my sites position for that search term is 1,4. I had other people do the same search and some of them also didn't have my site in their results. I repeated the search on mobile and got my site as the first result. Search console reports that it also shows the page to desktop users.

There are no manual actions shown in the search console. Searching for "site:movlie DOT org" shows the site both on desktop and mobile for me.

Can someone help me understand this phenomenon? How can it be in position 1 for some and not even be on page 2-3 for others?

The google review thing is insane I have gotten 2 legit verified reviews that i ask client to screenshot and observe goolge not post them, pretend like they never happened and when i sent them the image a policy message was sent . As I was browsing through the google forum a lot of ppl are getting hit with legit reviews being removed.
