Optimizing Blogs for SEO

Hi just joined. I’ve started a blog for the company I work for. The hope is to draw more local traffic to the company website. I’m just curious if there’s any quick easy tips for seo in this area. Is listing keywords after the end of the article a bad idea? I want the article to read smoothly and don’t want to force things into it. This is for a pest control company. Any help is appreciated.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us? OR is there a better way to rank in a territory for a service.
