Consequences of copying our blogs to linkedin?

My company has been posting a link to our blogs to LinkedIn every time a new ones comes out. However, I saw today that LinkedIn has an articles feature (sorta link Medium.com but right on LinkedIn) where we can just publish our blogs.

I'd still like the blogs to be on our website but just wondering if we'd get penalized from an SEO standpoint by putting the blogs both on our website and on LinkedIn

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
