Link builders, how do you secure partnerships with blogs to provide them content on a consistent basis?

This question is for independent link-builders who build links for their clients.

I am trying to become one, but all the sites I am reaching out to are charging $100+ dollars per article, even though I am not an individual contributor, but a service provider.

The benefit for them is that I would help keep their site updated with the latest content, and the benefit for me is that I would get to post my clients' articles on their blog site for backlinks. I am looking for a partnership where we benefit each other like that mutually, with no money involved.

How do those independent link builders that say 'I have 5000+ sites to publish your articles on' find these types of blogs?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
