I bought a domain that I didn't realize was ' pre owned'. Not sure what to do

Hi. I'm not an SEO whiz but wanted to start an adjacent site in my nich ( corporate training ) and make an elearning directory I found that exact domain elearningdirectory.com But came here and saw there could be some issues with an older domain so I got a free sem rush trial and sure enough it has some red or toxic links.

Should I not even bother now? Lesson learned.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
