should I disavow 0 DA backlink?

I noticed that there are many 0 DA backlinks and the number of them still keep growing since my website built. Now they takes about 96% of my all backlink. Should I disavow them all? I really don’t know where they come from and why this happen. And I also don’t know if they are harmful to my website , If I choose to disavow them all, it’s a huge work to do with.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs.
