Strategies and starting out?

SEO services i feel i want to open up to Auto Replacement part websites around the world. Thing is i will need to get experience from people so i can have background authority. Is there a certain way i should reach out? Anything i can make individually. Noob at HTML so i just want to know. If you can explain what these strategies are and if i should start with them that would be great. If any of you have any SEO related tasks on your hands that you wouldn’t mind me taking over or at least training me a bit on i’d be happy to do it in exchange for experience.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
