How can I do SEO for Android Instant App?

I am creating an Instant App and I want users to discover the same from search result. I have a query about the SEO in Instant app.
Can I use the same meta tags (and other SEO techniques) that I would generally use for any normal website? Is it possible to do SEO for Instant App in the first place as this would be a native code? If yes then kindly suggest some resources and if no then are there any alternatives?
I did a primary search but the results were inconclusive.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs.
