How do i find where the error are at when i go to validate the files at the validator w3

So from validator w3 dot org says i have many of these:
"Trailing slash on void elements has no effect and interacts badly with unquoted attribute values."

I do get point out where the errors. but how do i in wordpress find these errors. It says for example:
From line 391, column 1; to line 391, column 154

ANyway to easy search within wordpress to exact lines?
