What is the easiest way to bulk update url structure?

My url structure somehow is including date in it. I didn't do it, maybe it some plugin nessed it up.

I have noticed I can change it to domain/post by changing an option in permalinks but it will create 404 errors, I think. I write evergreen content and date is not good for seo once it is old, so now I have some 50 posts and need to change the url structure and create redirects for all old urls.

Kindly advise on how to do it in an easy way. I have not done this before. I use redirection plugin for redirects. I do not have yoast premium.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
