Topic clusters , Pillar pages , sub topics and interlinking

Dear Experts, I have just started learning seo blogging. I have visited many online learning resources to learn this. After watching several videos I am confused which one to follow ? First step niche selection Low in competition and high traffic Second step : focus keyword low in kd and high in volume Then spy on related websites and export their keywords on which their pages are ranking Now I want to know how to use these keywords ? Where to put these keywords ? How to create pillar page ? How to create topic clusters ? I have tried to create an article on keyword which is having low kd , but when I create other pages it includes keywords which are high in kd

Please anyone can guide me ?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
