Can someone provide some rough ranges of what this list of requirements should cost per month from an agency for a single site? SEO and ADA combability with reports

Hey there. I have a client that needs to provide this list of services to his client, and he wants to get an agency quote on this, but he has no idea what it should cost. Can you provide any insight for this? It is being outsourced, so I believe the agencies quoting him will be Indian, but I would take US ranges as well.

If I am not in the right place for this, please forgive me! :) The site is a wordpress site for a kid's museum.

SCOPE:

1. On a monthly cadence, Agency will deliver the following: · ADA Compliance Monitoring & Remediation o Perform automated and manual scans against WCAG 2.1 criteria o Log all identified issues, implement corrective code or markup updates, and validate fixes o Provide an executive summary of accessibility improvements · WordPress Core, Theme & Plugin Updates o Test and deploy updates in a staging environment o Document version changes and note any exceptions or dependencies · Performance Monitoring & Optimization o Execute a monthly performance audit (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights) o Apply front-end and back-end optimizations to sustain target scores · Broken Link Detection & Repair o Crawl site to detect 404s and redirect chains o Implement redirects or content updates to restore smooth navigation · SEO Monitoring, Issue Resolution & Reporting o Track up to 10 target keywords and audit backlink health o Identify on-page and technical SEO issues; apply re-optimizations o Deliver a comprehensive SEO report with actionable insights 3 DELIVERABLES

On or before the [5th] business day of each month, Agency shall deliver to Client:

So yeah...what is a fair per month cost for these services? Any guidance would be appreciated and again, if this is not the right place to post this, I apologize!!
