Massive drop in impressions but clicks are steady. Help please!

I've been working on this client's site for about 3 years, and I'm really confused by the impressions being cut in half while the clicks are holding steady.

August 31: around 8000 impressions and 80 clicks

September 28: around 3000 impressions and 70 clicks

I can't upload an image to this sub but it looks crazy, big drop in impressions but clicks are around the same. I've tried to find the issue, but I can't figure it out.

Any ideas?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
