Looking for Advise... 1,5 years of SEO and still barely traffic!

We have a international website online since 1,5 years - but our traffic is still so poor:
Daily 400 impressions, 5 clicks...

I dont know hat the hell we are doing wrong!
We have keyword optimized our content, filled all meta fields, created a blog section with 1-2 blog posts weekly (ofc seo opzimized), collected about 90 backlinks... but still so poor results!

Any advice what we could do to improve even more???

Copying articles from Google Docs To Wordpress - Bottleneck

My writer sends me content in Google docs and images separately. Uploading them to Wordpress is a pain because I have to download everything individually and upload them one by one. A simple copy paste works for the most part but the main issue is - I want to give my images SEO friendly file names and copying them from docs names then 'image 1' , 'image 2', and so on in Wordpress. Does anyone have a solution for this?
