Web CLS (How website cumulative Shift layout is Measured) in Google page speed insights?

Hello to all

issues on individual pages. On average, it performs well on desktop devices, with a score of about 0.09. However, on mobile devices, it has a score of about 0.40, which is significantly higher than having a website, and it has a few CLS in individual pages and on average, it is good on desktop devices, which is about 0.09, but on mobile devices, it has about 0.40, which is crazy. I check each individual page through Google PageSpeed Insights, and it has about 0.01 to 0.01. I am very surprised how 0.40 came to be there.

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
