30-day-old Health Insurance site: Optimized but invisible for core terms.

Hey folks, I have a 30-day-old domain in the Health Insurance niche. On-page SEO is solid (Titles/H1s optimized), but I'm being outranked by high-authority giants for transactional terms. These big players have generic pages and no regional focus.

I’m actually based locally in the area I'm targeting. I’m considering leveraging this by creating city-specific content to bypass the "authority wall" of these national companies.

I'd love to hear your thoughts: How would you compete against these generic giants with a fresh domain? Is the local angle the smartest move here, or should I be looking at other tactics?

GMB territory inching with service company

Seeking advice on extending our service area, while our main GMB profile states SD County, we only rank in our neighborhood but we have the team to service much more jobs. The boss wants us to get addresses in these hot territories within the county and use call rail numbers to validate the GMB profile. Question: Does this still work? Will it catch up with us?
