Can I add a large number of contextual internal links to core pages at once?

I’m working on a site where the main/core service pages don’t have much authority, but we have a lot of blog posts that are already performing well for keywords closely related to those core pages.

I’ve identified quite a few genuinely contextual opportunities where those blog posts could naturally link to the relevant core/service page.

My questions is.

Is it okay to add all of these contextual internal links in one batch?

Could adding 10,15 + internal links to the same core page at once look unnatural or cause any SEO issues?

Would you recommend adding them gradually instead?
