Organic traffic down and rankings & leads maintaining if not increasing. Are you changing anything in response to AI Overviews?

(Hi, new to this sub, PR guy turned SEO/AEO)

I run a small comms and marketing shop and keep seeing the same thing among clients: traffic is down 1 to 5%, rankings are normal/solid, and leads are ticking up.

I'm interested in what this community thinks about dips in traffic caused by AI summaries. Something to be worried about in the long-term or do you generally like this as you're more "zeroed-in" on target audiences?

For those fighting to maintain if not increase traffic, I’m curious what’s actually moving the needle. PR? More content? Etc.

Copying articles from Google Docs To Wordpress - Bottleneck

My writer sends me content in Google docs and images separately. Uploading them to Wordpress is a pain because I have to download everything individually and upload them one by one. A simple copy paste works for the most part but the main issue is - I want to give my images SEO friendly file names and copying them from docs names then 'image 1' , 'image 2', and so on in Wordpress. Does anyone have a solution for this?
