SEO keywords for a social media growth hacking tool

Hi everyone, I'm trying to grow the tool I just launched ( Reply Wizard ), but I'm not sure which words people use to search for ways to grow their social media profiles such as Twitter or Linkedin. What are the keywords? Something like 'more followers'? Growth hacking? AI growth hacking? I'd like more people to try the tool and find it through good SEO. It is different than other AI reply tools, because it allows you to prompt it and tailor it to your specific needs. Appreciate all your help ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ submitted by /u/One-Explanation-3780 [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/gmqWpDc

How to execute this idea without slowing down my site?

I had what I thought was a great blog post idea....I wanted to gather a large number memes that are related to my niche and post them on my site. The search term for memes in my niches gets around 3900 searches per month. My problem is in executing this. I've collected 150 or so memes. But they are images. And with 45Kb here and 50kb there..... multiplied by 150.... well, the page speed issue seems significant. Any thoughts on how to execute this idea without slowing down my site? I can't be the first person to have wanted to do something like this... maybe the blog page links to page that lives off of my website and that website contains the meme images? I'm not sure of the answer. thanks for your help. submitted by /u/bang-the-drum-school [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/afF1CpV

How we plan to boost course sale?

I'm new to the world of SEO, and my client has asked for my input on assisting our pro-bono client. What SEO tools you use lacks integration with other softwares ?

Hey Guys, I'm building an extension that makes website bots. So basically you can expose every action(read, create, update) of a site of your choice to Zappier, Make, N8N or our own workflow creator. Since I think the SEO relies heavily on data and using different tools, you guys could benefit of my product. So I'm gonna build pre-made apps for those tools. So what SEO tools you use lacks integration with other softwares ? If you could could give me more information about what you are trying to achieve it would be great. Company Blog Post

Hi, I've been tasked with writing some blog posts for my job. The person in charge of this project would like these posts to be a minimum 1500 words. I thought this was pretty high. I'm writing a post right now and it was a struggle just to get to 1000. I haven't written seo driven content in a while and I've never written it for a corporate blog. Is this wordcount too high? submitted by /u/phtaloblue4ever [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/l4GktJL

SEO for personal website

Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm new here and to SEO. My personal portfolio has been indexed by Google, but doesn't show up on the first page of results. Is there a way to optimize it? The domain is literally just my name. submitted by /u/CoolScratcher [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/za53Zho

What is the easiest way to bulk update url structure?

My url structure somehow is including date in it. I didn't do it, maybe it some plugin nessed it up. I have noticed I can change it to domain/post by changing an option in permalinks but it will create 404 errors, I think. I write evergreen content and date is not good for seo once it is old, so now I have some 50 posts and need to change the url structure and create redirects for all old urls. Kindly advise on how to do it in an easy way. I have not done this before. I use redirection plugin for redirects. I do not have yoast premium. I (think) I'm trash at SEO and I'm unsure why

We run a business registration site and we wanted to create a qualitative business related blog as a secondary product, pretty much the major value generator, in order to drive customers to the main revenue generator. My background is in technology, but I learned to make articles and some were somewhat well-indexed, although I can't say that they were viral (2000-3000 views), even though they were super in depth and qualitative. I've thought about several ideas to improve SEO and set a framework to make it require strictly quality content but I'm unsure how to create quality content that ranks. I was thinking about: Finetuning an AI model to take information or a draft of an article, improve grammar, punctuation, rewrite the links to be more efficient (eg: to cover the necessary words in the href, etc) - Note, this wouldn't be easily detected as it'd be finetuned on private info and this will wash off the frequent AI patterns. Doing an AI model to see how lik...

Low SEO Value Content

I’ve had one of my clients hire a VP of marketing and they have shifted the role of my agency creating content on their behalf more towards them creating the content and sending it over to me for publishing an optimization. Trouble is that the content they are sending over to me is “executive thought leadership” stuff and is performing pretty poorly from an SEO standpoint. As in some pieces are just getting ignored by Google. I’m worried that if we continue on this path it will start to negatively affect the existing base of content and send us back in time. I’ve taken this client from about 200 clicks per quarter to about 5k (B2B lead gen where volume is lower) so we had some good momentum but right now we are in more of a plateaued state than a growth one. As you know it can be difficult and time consuming to start cranking things back upwards if Google starts to view a site unfavorably but I don’t know if it’s actually a problem or if I’m being a worry wart. My thought is creating ...

Best practices for rotating content on a blog

Hey all, I'm trying to do some research into how often to rotate a "Featured" article section on a blog site. Essentially, we have one article that has done very well historically, so we have tried to keep it in the proverbial #1 spot on the page (first thing you see, biggest item on the home page, you get the idea). However, as interest in that article has waned over time, (it has been at the forefront of the site for months, if not years), I'm wondering if new content should be cycled into that #1 spot instead. If so, how often should it be rotated in terms of best SEO practices? Is it a good idea to set up a "most popular" section that highlights the articles that have done historically well? Any and all references you can provide that I can further read about on the matter is greatly appreciated. SEO journey

Hi, in the last year I had been learning SEO from YouTube, now I will start 3 blog in the VPN/SAAS/CRYPTO niche(I know I should have been starting opening my sites before, but my parents would not be happy with it and I didn’t have a credit card to pay the domain so I had to wait for my friends to convince themselves to give me the credit card)I will own only one 100%(the SAAS one) and the other two I will own 50% with one of my friend(who also knows SEO), for the vpn site I’ve already wrote 130 SEO optimised articles and for the SAAS I’ve already did 20 articles, while the crypto one only the topical map. I didn’t interlink them and didn’t add on external linking, I plan on doing some link building with guest post and HARO mostly, I also plan on adding a email list, guys do you think I will be able to reach 3500 Dollars a month(total) with affiliate marketing by september of 2025? Note that i am in high school(the fifth final year I am on Italy) I am only 17 years old, and the crypto...

Does using image slideshows harm SEO, or is it better to place images directly within the text?

We're using an image slider for our articles (for example: i can post link into the comments or private chat, because of link policy ). As you can see, the screenshots are included in the slider with proper alt text. Is it better to place images directly within the text, or is using the slider just as effective, or does it not make much of a difference? submitted by /u/No-Form-4249 [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/7y8h3oc

Using noindex with canonical tag?

Hi u/johnmu I was watching this https://youtu.be/G16FY_1eDAU?si=2GFWOObgs-EIRt1U&t=1177 where you advise using noindex and canonical tags at the same time. Can you please confirm if this is still valid and in case noindexed page has canonical tag you will forward backlink signals to the canonical version? For example CNN links to /t-shirt/gray/?price=50 page which is noindexed. One can add canonical tag /t-shirt/gray/ alongside with noindex and google may forward CNN link signal to the canonical version. thanks submitted by /u/Right_Pool_5038 [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/ioPgGxc

Does anyone have experience with RealWork Labs? Is it worth it?

Are Web Stories still relevant?

Hi everyone, I know someone mentioned this about 6 months ago, but I’m curious to get an update now in September. Is anyone still seeing good traffic from Google Web Stories ? It seems like Google Discover, at least here in Brazil, has stopped showing them. I haven't come across any lately, and a former coworker of mine, who used to get thousands of views back in 2022, has given up on them. I'm asking because I was considering investing more in a website I’ve been working on here in Brazil, and I want to know if Web Stories are still worth the effort. Any insights or recent experiences would be appreciated! Thank you. :) submitted by /u/sirwhaleshark [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/Za0MG5S

My local SEO checklist for 2024 - step-by-step guide to help you rank consistently

I'll cut the fluff and get right into it: Step #1. Setup your Google Business Profile: Start executing your local SEO strategy by creating a Google Business Profile (GBP) account. A well-made GBP profile can have a significant impact on your local SEO. It helps Google understand where you operate your business, and at the same time, it can rank well on Google on its own. Enter your business name. If your business is already listed on Google, you can claim it. Otherwise, you can create a new business listing. List your primary and secondary categories. This will help you get discovered when someone is searching in that category - for example, if you run a coffee shop, Google will know to recommend it when someone searches for 'coffee near me'. Also, Google will let you add category-specific features to your listing, such as a button for booking a table if you're a restaurant. Add your business address. If you run a business where customers can walk in, such as a st...

Who should new SEOs listen to, to understand the algorithm?

I have been studying SEO for about a year and a half. Initially, I got into it for affiliate marketing, through blog posting. I quickly realized that that doesn't work for a new website in 2024. I understand that you need to be a brand and that you need topical authority. I switched my efforts from affiliate blogging to e-commerce, and am building a brand/business, but the more I study SEO, the less I understand. Everywhere I get information from is either inconclusive, basic and obvious, or outright bs... Recently Kasra Dash has been posting a lot and I like his content and I also like Kyle Roof, but guys like, neil patel, Koray, Matt Diggity, Adam Enfroy, Wes Mcdonald, Nathan Gotch are ALL trying to sell something and ALL are click baiting and cleary just taking what they know about SEO and trying to build their brand through the youtube platform. I am not saying they don't sometimes provide useful information, but like I said, none of them are very helpful and can't be ...

Cloud Stacking SEO

SEO when changing business name & domain

Can anyone share some insight into SEO best practices when a business is switching its domain and business name? Should 301 redirects be set up from all old URLs to their new domain equivalent? Does this mean that these redirects will be lost when the subscription for the old domain ends? Should a new sitemap be submitted to Google, or is there a proper way to alert Google the domain is moving? Buying links - have you regretted it? Your experiences?

I'm thinking about buying links. What I've read is that it's better to buy high-quality links. I would be interested in real experiences. Have you ever bought an expensive link? How expensive was it? Did you make more sales as a result? If not, did you at least notice that you rank better? Are citations that are indexed by Google more helpful than citations that are not?

I recently watched a YT video from Sterling Sky/Joy Hawkins on tests they ran to see if backlinks and citations impact rankings for local businesses. Their tests suggest that they do. One interesting point Joy made was that if Google does not index your specific citation URLs, they're not providing any value. Has anyone seen evidence that this is true through your SEO experience? If that's the case, most of the citations like HotFrog, Brown Book, etc. that companies like Uberall and Yext aggregate to... are of little value. submitted by /u/figureditwastrue [link] [comments] from Search Engine Optimization: The Latest SEO News https://ift.tt/td0Ag1p

I updated my website with better content and I ended up with -60% less visitors

I have a side project website. It is a guitar website that explains guitar theory in a interactive fashion. I worked on a site update for a long time because I noticed some of my calculations for the notes weren't correctly displayed and had to rewrite everything because of that. It is now truthful to music theory, and beside that Ive added few more pages and improved the explanations on each page. I would say it is better and more complete in many ways. Now I never did much regarding getting eyes on the site before, so most visitors came naturally. I also dont have a big amount of visitors, but I was happy with the current amount because it means I made something valuable. Now after the update the amount of visitors dropped, a lot. Thats a bummer! I checked search console, there are more pages indexed and I dont have dead links or something. Everything looks good except theres way less visitors. Questions: - Does this happen a lot, or how is that possible? - Should I just wai...
